While every effort is made to match orders as closely as possible, occasionally, it may be necessary to substitute flower varieties, containers or other elements due to availability or seasonal factors. If for some reason there is a problem with the quality, recipients are advised to call, or visit (within 48hrs of delivery) to arrange for an exchange (no refund on delivered flowers) of damaged or problem goods.
